ASSISTANT AUDIENCE SERVICES MANAGER
- Position(s): 1
- Dates: Tues May 30 – Sun August 27 (possibly earlier)
- Pay: $825.00 a week, salaried position
- Housing: Not provided

- Location: Brunswick, ME
Primary Responsibilities
Essential functions include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting Audience Services Manager with day-to-day operations in the Box Office
- Assist making work schedules for the Box Office staff
- Selling single tickets
- Assisting in the renewals of subscriptions
- Assisting all theatre guests with ticket sales, exchange, etc.
- Assisting with restricting access to the box office by unauthorized personnel
- Assisting with the daily cash-outs and deposits
- Display ability to convey decisions to staff and patrons in a calm, courteous and professional manner
- Participate in MSMT events as needed and/or required
- Adhere to all MSMT policies and procedures including Covid 19 Guidelines & Safety protocols
- Have a positive and respectful attitude
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful working environment
- Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Production and MSMT Annual Staff
Qualifications
The following skills and experience are required:
- Advance Customer service skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Proficient computer/technology skills, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Patron Manager or other ticketing software a plus
- Able to manage teams and foster both team and individual growth among employees
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, energized, and quickly changing environment
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Must be available to work Nights and weekends
- Knowledge of theatre a plus
- Detail oriented; able to prioritize efficiently and multi-task
- Must be fully vaccinated and boosted from the Covid-19 virus
