MSMT provides housing for its seasonal staff, which can be rented in the off-season. Fourteen fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in downtown Brunswick are available from September 1 through April 30th, and for holidays and special occasions.

SUMMER RENTALS NEEDED
Although the Theatre has this dedicated housing for our seasonal staff, we still rent more housing for the approximately 140 actors, technicians, and theater professionals who come to work in the summer. We are looking for fully-furnished houses or apartments near downtown Brunswick to rent from May 1 – August 31. Utilities must be included in the rent, and air conditioners must be installed in the bedrooms.
