Ticket Policies

Important Information About MSMT Tickets

COVID-19 Audience Guidelines: MSMT will follow the Maine and National CDC guidelines and recommendations for public indoor event spaces. Our policy will be updated as CDC guidance changes.

Refunds: Refunds are not available on single-ticket purchases.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. There is a $5 charge per ticket exchanged. Subscribers can exchange tickets at no charge. Contact the MSMT Box Office to (207) 725-8769 for all exchanges.

You lost your tickets!: Don’t worry… The Box Office has a record of your tickets. If you misplace your tickets, please come to the Box Office prior to your performance to have them reprinted.

Attendance Policy: Everyone entering the theatre MUST have a ticket. Children age four and under are not permitted at our Mainstage shows. They are, however, welcome at our Theatre for Young Audiences productions. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Seniors are 65 years of age and older.

Seating Location: Although your tickets may appear non-sequential (for example, 1 & 3), the seats are, in fact, adjacent.

Performances Start on Time: Late seating will be at the discretion of the House Manager and requires that late audience members wait to enter the theater until a designated break in the performance.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed online.

Accessibility: The Pickard Theater is fully accessible and fully ADA-compliant.

Free Shuttle: A free shuttle van picks up patrons at the front entrance of Watson Ice Arena, 27 Watson Drive on the Bowdoin College campus and drops off at Park Row in front of the Pickard Theater for all matinee Mainstage and Concert performances and the 10 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM Theatre for Young Audience performances.

If you have any ticket questions, please contact the Box Office at (207) 725-8769.
