Important Information About MSMT Tickets
Refunds: Refunds are not available on single ticket purchases.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. There is a $5 charge per ticket exchanged. Exchanges must be made 24 hours in advance of ticketed performance. Subscribers can exchange tickets at no charge.
When doing an exchange, you can bring in your tickets or mail them to the Box Office. When mailing, please indicate your new date and time choice. If you would like the tickets mailed back to you, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Tickets will not be mailed back if within 10 days of ticketed performance and will be held in will-call.
You lost your tickets!: Don’t worry… The Box Office has a record of your tickets. If you misplace your tickets, please come to the Box Office prior to your performance to have them reprinted.
Donation Credit: If you return your tickets to the Box Office prior to show time and choose not to attend another performance, we will credit the cost of the tickets as a donation to the theatre. Our Development Office will send you the appropriate documentation for a tax credit donation.
Attendance Policy: Everyone entering the theatre MUST have a ticket. Children under the age of four (4) and under are not permitted at our main stage shows. They are, however, welcome at our Theatre for Young Audiences productions. All Patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Seniors are 60 years of age and older. Senior discounts are available for matinees.
Seating Location: Although your tickets in the Pickard Theater may appear non sequential (for example, 1 & 3), the seats are, in fact, adjacent.
Performances Start on Time: Late seating will be at the discretion of the House Manager, and requires that late audience members wait to enter the theater until a designated break in the performance.
Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be redeemed online. Please call the Box Office at 207-725-8769 to redeem a gift card.
A free shuttle bus is available for all shows at the Pickard Theater. The free shuttle picks up at the front entrance of Watson Ice Arena, 27 Watson Drive on the Bowdoin College Campus and drops off at Park Row in front of the Pickard Theater. Matinee rides begin at 12:30 PM with the last ride at 1:45 PM and evening rides at begin at 6:40 PM with the last ride at 7:15 PM. Park in any available space at the Watson Arena Complex. For Theatre for Young Audiences shows rides begin 9am to 9:45 am for the 10:00 show, noon to 12:45 pm for 1 pm show, 3 pm to 3:45 pm for 4 pm show, 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm for 7:30 show.
