The MSMT 2026 Yard Sale is fast approaching, and we are thrilled to invite you to our Fifth Annual Yard Sale! This event has become bigger and better every year, drawing shoppers from all over the state to take advantage of unbeatable deals.

Here’s everything you need to know:

• Presale Event: Join us on April 30th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM for an exclusive early shopping opportunity. For just $25, paid at the door, you’ll get first choice of all the fantastic items before the general public.
• Yard Sale: Our main yard sale will be held on May 2nd from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. There is no entry fee! Come and explore a wide variety of donated goods at great prices.
• Half-Off Sale: Everything is half-off on May 3rd from 9:00AM to 12:00 AM! Don’t miss the chance to grab even more bargains.
• Donation Drop-Offs: Start clearing out your closets and attics! We will accept donations from March 11th to April 15th, every Wednesday and Saturday ONLY, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 22 Elm Street, Brunswick, Maine.

We do NOT accept books, clothing, large exercise equipment, beds, mattresses, or gas-powered lawn equipment.
