MSMT Group Policies

At MSMT, we aim to make your group’s visit memorable and enjoyable. Please review our group policies below to ensure a seamless experience:

Group Discount:
A minimum of 15 tickets are required to qualify for the 10% group discount. Parties of 25 or more qualify for a 20% discount. If the group size falls below the minimum, ticket prices will be adjusted to regular rates. Group discounts are not available for subscription tickets.

Deposit and Reservation:
A non-refundable deposit of 33% is required upon reservation.

Final Payment and Headcount:
Full payment and final headcount are due fourteen days before the show date. If bookings are not paid in full by this time, they may be subject to cancellation and loss of deposit.

Payment Methods:
All payments must be made by credit card or in a single check. We cannot accept multiple individual checks for group sales. Please include your order number on the check. Payments can be made by mail or by calling the Box Office at 207.725.8769 during regular business hours. All sales are final after the invoice is paid.

Arrival and Assistance:
Plan to arrive at the Pickard Theatre 30-45 minutes before show time. The theater has an entry ramp and elevator. If you need help getting to your seats, please let us know in advance and arrive early so our Box Office staff can do their best to help. Seating assistance service is subject to staff availability.
